Real Estate Reports (WIR)

Wood Infestation Reports (WIR) are reports done for a real estate sale. These reports are usually the responsibility of the seller. WIR's consist of an inspection which covers the presence and previous evidence of subterranean termites, powder-post beetles, wood decaying fungi, and dry wood termites.
